The following Post Congress tours are offered by THDM, a licenced travel agent (license No. 2TA001144) and have been designed for participants and accompaning persons of the XXII International Congress of The Transplantation Society. If you would like to participate in one of the Tours, please complete section F of your Registration Form. The Dramatic Red Centre
Friday 15 - Wednesday 20 August 2008

Called the Heart of the Nation, the 'Red Centre' is arid, dramatic, vast, a land of extremes and home of Uluru (Ayers Rock) Australia's spectacular monolith. Participants will also discover other geological wonders such as Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), Kings Canyon and more. Walk around the base of this huge monolith, view a magnificent sunrise and discover its significance to the Aboriginal people.
Tour includes 6 days touring, airport transfers, 4 lunches, 5 refreshments, 5 nights accommodation, all entry fees, small group touring, onboard library, naturalist guide and luxury 4WD expedition vehicle.
Price does not include flights, which need to be booked to arrive into Alice Springs prior to 1.00pm on Friday 15th August, and depart from Ayers Rock after 1.00pm on Wednesday 20th August.

Here, at the meeting point of an ancient rainforest and the Earth's largest living coral structure, slow to a unique rhythm found only in Tropical North Queensland. Based in the exclusive village of Palm Cove, highlights include swimming and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef and discovering the beauty of the World Heritage listed Daintree rainforest.
Tour includes airport transfers, 2 lunches, 3 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, full day Outer Barrier Reef cruise and full day Cape Tribulation tour.

New Zealand’s Spectacular South Island

Tour includes airport transfers, 3 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, Milford Sound tour with return scenic flights and lunch cruise. Price does not include fl ights, which need to be booked in and out of Queenstown.

These tours are offered by THDM, a licenced travel
agent (license No. 2TA001144). The tours are based on
scheduled public tours, and are not offered exclusively
for participants and accompanying persons attending
the XXII International Congress of The
Transplantation Society.
All sightseeing tours include informative English
speaking commentary, all entry fees and meals
where specified. Comfortable shoes and clothing are
recommended for all tours. For any outdoor tours we
recommend that participants bring sun protection
cream, sunhat and sunglasses.
Tours operate in all weather conditions. The only
exception is BridgeClimb, which operates in all Sydney
weather conditions, except electrical storms and
extremely high wind.
All Sydney tours are based on a minimum of
20 participants.

These tours, offered by THDM, a licenced travel agent
(license No. 2TA001144), are for participating delegates
and accompanying persons of the XXII International
Congress of The Transplantation Society Reservations
Bookings and Final Details
Reservations should reach The Meeting Planners no
later than 2 July 2008 and full payment is required
at that time. No space on tours will be reserved
without payment. Bookings will be acknowledged
and participants advised of final details. If minimum
numbers are not achieved, alternative arrangements
or a complete refund of the published tour price
will be made.

Maximum Numbers
The number of participants on ALL tours is limited
and places will be allocated strictly in order of receipt
of payment.
Minimum Numbers
All tours are based on a minimum number of
participants. If minimum numbers are not reached,
alternative arrangements or a complete refund will
be made.
Airfares
Domestic airfares are not included in the ground cost of
the tour. Our in-house travel agent will provide a quote
for your domestic fl ights; please contact Congress
Managers for information on suggested fl ights.
Cancellation Fees
Prior to 12 June 2008, full refund less A$100.00 administration
fee. After this date no refunds will be applicable.
Late Fees
If bookings are received for post tours after 2 July 2008, a late
fee of A$100.00 per booking will be applicable.
