Congress Opens
Mini-oral presentations will be a major feature at the Congress and will allow participants to learn about the new and interesting areas of practice within the field of transplantation.
You would have been notified of your presentation time in your acceptance letter
The mini-oral will be an oral presentation with a maximum time limit of three (3) minutes. You will be permitted to submit a maximum of three (3) slides for presentation and we will provide you with a title slide. Slides in excess of this number will be rejected. The slides for the mini-oral must be submitted to the following email address transplantation@epresenter.com.au. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
In addition all mini-oral presentations will be displayed as electronic posters (ePoster). Your ePoster will be available onsite throughout the meeting and online after the meeting. ePosters can be submitted in most electronic formats (including PowerPoint & pdf). They will be viewed during the congress at the ePoster viewing stations or via the congress wireless network if you have a computer with appropriate wireless capability. Following the congress the posters can be viewed online via the congress website www.transplantation2008.org . ePosters cannot be downloaded by the viewer. You have the option to allow congress delegates to receive by email a copy of your poster upon request.
Further information regarding e-posters can be found here
Please note that you MUST attend the Speaker Ready Room in person for your mini-oral and ePoster to be activated at the congress. If you don’t show it won’t be seen.
