Getting Prepared
TIME ALLOTTED
The ten (10) minute session time allocated to you includes three (3) minutes for Question and Answer time and comments from the Chair. In the interests of fairness, please ensure that you keep to your allotted time frame.
The Chair will time your presentation and provide you with a warning at five (5) minutes and seven (7) minutes (time up) and then stop your presentation. The Chair is responsible for starting and finishing the session on time and ensuring that all presenters have an equal amount of time, so it is critical that your allotted times are adhered to.
Please rehearse your presentation with slides in advance, to make sure it takes no longer than seven (7) minutes.
