Electronic Poster Guidelines and Recommendations
All electronic posters will be converted to a secure online format for viewing after they are uploaded. To ensure your poster displays correctly please follow these recommendations:
- Do not include sounds and movies in your electronic poster.
- Keep animations to a minimum as they will not be converted and content may overlap and be difficult to read.
- Use standard fonts – (e.g. Verdana, Times New Roman, Arial, Tahoma, Sans Serif, Courier, and Courier New). If you use non standard or exotic fonts, please check your poster after conversion to verify that your poster displays correctly.
- We recommend posters are created using Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or 2003. If your electronic poster is in a different format, please submit your poster via email: transplantation@epresenter.com.au

Physical/Printed Posters
Authors have the option to have their posters printed by a professional printer in Sydney. These will be available for collection at the Congress from the Poster Collection Desk. These posters will need to be submitted in “print ready” format (PDF format). We also accept posters in all popular design formats including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, EPS, TIFF, etc.), if you require this option, please email us (transplantation@epresenter.com.au) before submitting your poster. All physical poster documents must be compiled with all fonts (converted to outlines), pictures embedded into the file and set at a resolution of at least 300dpi. Our technicians will work directly with authors to ensure printed posters meet their expectations. For assistance in creating a print ready file for printing, please contact us via email to transplantation@epresenter.com.au.
Authors taking up this option will enjoy a hassle free process of having their poster printed locally by a Sydney based professional printer, cutting out the need for authors to carry their poster all the way from home. This is an extra charge that isn’t covered by the congress and authors will be charged directly for this service.
